Appointment Policy

Appointments at Brave Health Group are in high demand. Whether you speak with our receptionist or book directly on-line the Brave Health Group team will follow up with a confirmation email which will provide specific instructions for your first visit. When we confirm an appointment for you, that appointment is scheduled and we have put time aside for you personally. If you cancel your appointment without adequate notice, we are unable to offer it to someone else in need which is unfair to everyone.

Therefore, Brave Health Group has a strict cancellation policy and requires at least 24 hours notice in order to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. All changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A medical certificate is required to be considered for an exemption for non-payment of cancellation fees.

Please note that there are no Medicare, Work Safe, TAC or Private Health Insurance payments are made for cancellation fees and 50% of the total amount is required by clients without an exemption.
