Brave Health Group is a multidisciplinary team of registered and experienced psychologists and occupational therapists that specialise in helping executives who have been identified as being responsible for workplace misconduct.
Often senior managers responsible for the management of workplace misconduct understand the seriousness of the misconduct but also acknowledge the potential benefits to the company if the executive is able to be rehabilitated whilst continuing to be retained by the company. Brave Health Group has significant experience in workplace misconduct both as investigation managers and executive coaches. We have held managerial roles responsible for Workplace Misconduct for organisations with over two thousand employees and have coached a number of middle managers and executives successfully, many who have been able to reflect and rehabilitate and who go on to re-establish productive and successful careers.
Brave Health Group understands the sensitivity with workplace misconduct investigations and closely aligns treatment with consideration to the the victim and company needs with any coaching or intervention programs. This alignment is carefully explained in the executive coaching program contract signed by both the company and individual.
Whilst Brave Health Group has previously undertaken workplace investigations successfully we currently recommend a well-known but independent company. This allows Brave Health Group to focus on the areas we feel we have the greatest opportunity in making a difference for both victim and the organisation.
Many of the executive coaching programs involve ten coaching sessions with the individual and when combined with the psychometric testing the entire program is regularly conducted over a three-month period. Brave Health Group values confidentiality and all our documents are protected and the release of any documents is subject to the agreed instructions in the service contract unless superseded by legislation or imminent serious risk to individual or others.
We are also experienced in workplace conflict coaching and regularly assist managers in developing frameworks to manage difficult personnel who they are required to resolve complex workplace issues. This can include psychometric testing, assisting in the identification of staff behavioural triggers, development of scripts to enhance the opportunities for a successful management discussion. We also assist in the management of anger and ways to minimise those impacts in the workplace.
